Completing a task on CoinZap does not guarantee that you will earn ZapCoins or that you will be able to redeem a reward. Task credit depends on confirmation from our advertising and offer partners, which can be delayed, reversed, or declined. Reward availability (including specific denominations of BGMI UC, Free Fire Diamonds, gift cards, or UPI cash) is limited and subject to change without notice. CoinZap reserves the right to withhold, delay, reduce, or deny coins or rewards where a task is not verifiably completed, where fraud or abuse is suspected, or where a reward is out of stock. Using CoinZap does not create any entitlement to a fixed amount of coins, a specific reward, or any income.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the CoinZap app ("CoinZap", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use CoinZap.

2. What CoinZap is

CoinZap is a task-and-earn platform. We list tasks from third-party advertisers and partners — such as playing a game to a certain level, installing and opening an app, or completing a survey. When a task is verified as complete, we credit your account with ZapCoins, our in-app reward currency.

3. ZapCoins are not money

ZapCoins have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred between users.
ZapCoins are not legal tender, a security, a deposit, or a financial instrument of any kind.
ZapCoins can only be redeemed within the app for the rewards listed in the Rewards catalog, at the redemption rates displayed at the time of redemption.
We may change redemption rates, retire rewards, or introduce new ones at any time.

4. Task credit and verification

Task completion is verified by CoinZap and/or the third-party advertiser whose task you completed. Verification is not instant in all cases and may take up to 72 hours.
If an advertiser does not confirm your action (for example, an app install that is later uninstalled, or a survey flagged as low-quality), the corresponding ZapCoins may not be credited or may be reversed even if already credited.
Using bots, emulators, VPN/location spoofing, multiple accounts, or any other method to artificially generate task completions is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of coins and possible account suspension.

5. Redemption

You may redeem ZapCoins for a reward once you have reached the minimum coin threshold shown for that reward.
Redemptions are subject to reward stock and partner availability. If a reward is temporarily unavailable, we will offer the nearest available alternative or hold your redemption request until stock is available.
Most digital rewards (game top-ups, gift cards) are delivered within 15 minutes to 24 hours. UPI cash payouts may take up to 5 business days and require identity verification on first withdrawal.
We may decline a redemption request where fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

6. Account suspension and forfeiture

We may suspend or terminate an account, and any unredeemed ZapCoins may be forfeited, if we reasonably believe the account has been used to violate these Terms, commit fraud, abuse the referral or task system, or engage in any activity that harms CoinZap, our partners, or other users.

7. Third-party tasks and content

Tasks link to third-party apps, games, and surveys that CoinZap does not control. We are not responsible for the content, permissions, or data practices of third-party apps you choose to install or interact with as part of a task. Review each app's own terms and permissions before installing it.

8. Limitation of liability

CoinZap is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of ZapCoins, delayed or denied rewards, or loss arising from third-party apps or offers. Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of CoinZap is limited to the value of ZapCoins in your account at the time of the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoinZap after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.

The short version

We collect the minimum data needed to run tasks, credit ZapCoins, prevent fraud, and pay out rewards. We don't sell your personal data. Some data is shared with the specific advertiser or partner whose task you complete, so they can verify it — this is necessary for tasks to work and is covered in detail below.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email or phone number, and a password or OTP used to sign in.

Device information: device model, operating system version, advertising ID, IP address, and a unique device identifier — used to verify task completion and detect duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

Task activity: which tasks you view, start, and complete, and the ZapCoins earned for each.

Redemption information: in-game player IDs (for UC/Diamonds top-ups), email address (for gift codes), or UPI ID (for cash payouts).

Usage data: app opens, session length, and screens visited, used to improve the app and detect abuse.

2. How we use your information

To operate your account, credit ZapCoins, and process reward redemptions.

To verify task completion with our advertising and offer partners.

To detect and prevent fraud, multiple-account abuse, and bot activity.

To send task, redemption, and account notifications.

To improve the app and understand which tasks and rewards are most useful to our users.
